Roman Sledziejowski: A Remarkable Career Journey

Roman Sledziejowski, a Polish-born American entrepreneur, currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the international management consulting firm, Savant Strategies.

Sledziejowski’s professional journey began in New York City when, at just 17 years old, he joined Salomon Smith Barney, a division of Travelers Group, as a part-time employee while completing his senior year of high school.

As the class valedictorian, he went on to pursue a degree in Economics at Columbia University. During his high school years, he showcased his leadership and athletic talents as the captain of the varsity soccer team, playing as a striker. His impressive performance earned him the “most valuable player (MVP)” title for three consecutive years. Additionally, he competed in track and field events across New York State as part of his school’s varsity team.

At the remarkable age of 18, Roman Sledziejowski became the youngest licensed stockbroker in the United States under the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). Shortly thereafter, he transitioned to a full-time role as an Investment Associate at Smith Barney, then part of Citigroup.

His early achievements laid a strong foundation for his current leadership position in the global consulting arena.
